DESCRIPTION
Cong Cafe is a coffee brand based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The story of Cong began in 2007. The first shop of the franchise was a small café, situated on Trieu Viet Vuong street – the historic café street of Hanoi. The name “Cộng” is simply taken from the first word of Vietnam’s official name: CỘNG HOÀ XÃ HỘI CHỦ NGHĨA VIỆT NAM (The Socialist Republic of Vietnam).
The difference in Cong is not only good beverages but also the brand concept. Cong delivers to customers the culture of Vietnam during the 80s. Therefore, to expand brand awareness, we would like to show images imbued with the culture of the subsidy period in Vietnam through a viral video that reminds those good memories of customers. For the young generation, we want to portray the stories told by our parents. Through which we have the opportunity to learn more about Vietnamese culture.
